Coach Experience |
Coaches who have limited or no experience coaching lacrosse or Experienced coaches who have an interest in strengthening their coaching foundation and knowledge base. |
Coaches who have Level 1 instruction and/or some experience coaching lacrosse. |
Successfully completed all elements of Level 2 of the Coaches Education Program and/or has multiple years of experience coaching lacrosse at a competitive level. |
Coaches who have successfully completed all elements of Level 3 of the Coaches Education Program/experienced coaches or collegiate players with coaching experience that have a desire to make coaching a profession. |

Responsibilities and philosophies of coaching and how to provide a safe and enjoyable athlete-centered environment that emphasizes positive growth and sportsmanship principles grounded in the fundamentals. |
Age appropriate coaching, safety, sportsmanship. Basic principles of sequential, seasonal program management, conditioning, nutrition, hydration and psychology. |
Coaches receive instruction on more advanced levels of conditioning, nutrition, sports psychology principles and are provided with resources for continuing personal development. |
Advanced, hands-on level of study designed for the coach interested in a career or who wants to significantly raise the level of his/her own coaching knowledge and ability. |
