BALTIMORE — The US Lacrosse Women's Division Board of Governors and the Rules Committee have endorsed revised manufacturer's specifications for sticks for women's lacrosse. The following is a list of sticks approved for play in the United States. Also, below is a list of pockets that represents pre-sewn and/or "named" pockets that are legal for use. The list is provided for informational purposes and is not meant to imply that other pockets are not legal.
