| BALTIMORE – Dave Urick of Georgetown University and Chris Sailer of Princeton University have been selected as the US Lacrosse Coaches of the Week for the week ending March 23. Both will be recognized on CSTV’s lacrosse broadcasts on March 29.
Urick led the Hoyas to an 11-7 upset victory over previously unbeaten and top-ranked Duke. Georgetown has won three straight to improve to 4-2 for the season.
The Princeton Tigers continued their perfect record with victories over James Madison and then No. 2 Virginia. Sailer and her squad are 6-0 heading into Ivy League play this weekend.
US Lacrosse and CSTV are in the fifth year of a partnership to help bring college lacrosse broadcasts to fans around the nation. CSTV has a 23-game package for this season, including telecasts of the NCAA Division I, II and III women’s championships and the NCAA Division II and III men’s championships. CSTV will also telecast the US Lacrosse Women’s Division Intercollegiate Associates National Championship.
Lacrosse fans will get to see both Coaches of the Week in action this Saturday on CSTV. The lacrosse lineup faces off at noon.
