The USA Lacrosse High School Girls’ National Top 25 has only one new team in the mix, but it’s a familiar one, as Summit (N.J.) handed Morristown (N.J.) its only defeat of the season thus far.

The first five teams remain the same, but beyond that, the rankings have seen several adjustments.

Wilton (Conn.) picked up a historic win over Darien (Conn.) to shake up the rankings. Wilton was the mover with a climb to No. 8. Darien, which still owns several high quality wins, remains in the top 10.

Maryvale (Md.) and St. Paul’s (Md.) make moves up, a reward for picking up the Nos. 2 and 3 seeds in the nation’s most competitive conference top to bottom. A loss by Archbishop Spalding (Md.) in the regular-season finale both dropped the Cavaliers a few spots and also reinforced the IAAM gauntlet.

Unbeatens Sayville (N.Y.), Manchester Valley (Md.) and Colorado Academy (Colo.) highlight the bottom 10 that is largely intact from a week ago. American Heritage-Delray (Fla.) asserted its dominance with a regional championship. Agnes Irwin (Pa.) reinforced its return to the ranking with another solid victory.

ABOUT OUR RANKINGS

High school rankings are compiled by USA Lacrosse Magazine writers with input from coaches around the country. Teams with post-graduate players are not eligible, nor are those from outside the United States. These rankings are not affiliated with the official USA Lacrosse High School Awards program overseen by area chairs.
